She's crying, but what much can you do to make tears in MSPaint? Apparently, I didn't discover that secret then and haven't even now. Oh well.

This is her second form. In her original form, she was much more magnificent and beautiful, but she changed due to abuse and hardships in her life. The grey slashes are actually horrible scars, though I couldn't make them bloody and all due to my lack of experience years ago.

This also reflected my depression years.

She's a tough mare, a fighter, but one who is very bitter and cold, hence why her element is Ice. Really, there are two differences of the element, the good and the bad. She's the bad right now, and if reckoned, may be a deadly weapon.
